My senior thesis focuses on designing a compact, portable UV toothbrush cleaner that promotes hygiene on the go. The device uses UV-C light to eliminate bacteria and viruses from toothbrush bristles in just a few minutes, offering a chemical-free and travel-friendly sanitation solution. Designed with convenience and durability in mind, it’s ideal for everyday use, travel, or shared living environments. The final prototype balanced aesthetics, usability, and safety while addressing a real-world hygiene need.
