Denis Minevich

Hi, I’m Denis and for my thesis I wanted to focus on exposing children to photography at a younger age. In my research i found there is a strong emotional connection between humans and analog photography. I also found that this generation of children only are familiar with digital photography, especially off of phones, so I designed an activity for children where they are prompted to photograph various subjects with instant printing cameras which builds on this emotional connection since they immediately receive their photograph and have a tangible memory attached to it.
